Beautiful villa at the mountain with sea views in a quiet area with 800m2 fenced plot. The private swimming pool has 8m x 4m with roman stair and outdoor shower. The large terrace next to the swimming pool is the perfect pace to have a drink while you’re enjoying the views. The Mediterranean garden has flowers and some grass.
The access is through the terrace with some steps and you’ll arrive to the independent kitchen with all the amenities like oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and ceramic hob.
The wide living room has Sat-TV with and a terrace where we find two armchairs. The living room has a small toilet.
The bedrooms is divided to the next way, one double room with 150cm bed, the second room is with 3 individuals beds and both bedrooms have air conditioner. Between the room is a bathroom with shower.
The house is available is the coldest month because the gas central heating.
The villa has a parking inside the plot with space for one vehicle although at the street is enough space is allowed to park too.
Would be very grateful if no smoking inside the house.
Pets not allowed.
The distance to the beach is 2.6km, to the downtown 2.5km, supermarkets 1.8 and restaurants 1.5km.
