The villa is located in Monte Pedreguer and has 800m2 Plot completely closed and the garden you can find cypress, bushes and other kind of mountain plants. The house has a terrace where take sunbathe and also a covered one for the hottest days. The covered swimming pool has 8m x4m and you can take the bath even in cold days. The terrace has panoramic views and a barbecue with stone table and bench.
From the terrace is the access to the house where first of all we find a glass terrace with awesome views from the entire region. Through the terrace we find the dinner room and the American kitchen with all the amenities like oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with freezer. The living room has TV-Sat and wood chimney for cooler days. The house have one double bedroom with suite bathroom and another bedroom with two beds, the other bathroom is in the corridor and has shower and WC. Both bedrooms are provider of air conditioning.
The house has parking in the same plot.

From the house to Denia’s beach are 13.5km, from the downtown 14km, from Pedreguer 4km like the supermarkets and are some restaurants situated 1.5km.
