Discover luxury and comfort in our spectacular villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca, designed to accommodate up to 16 people. With eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, this residence is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
Sophisticated Interior:
The ground floor welcomes you with a living-dining room equipped with TV/DTT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and pool. The open kitchen has a gas stove, and on this floor, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. An air conditioner in the hallway guarantees a pleasant climate. The upper floor, accessible by external stairs, offers a covered terrace with views of the pool, a living-dining room with air conditioning and SAT/DTT TV, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two single beds and the other with letters. An air conditioner in the hallway and two independent bathrooms with a bathtub complete this floor.
Paradise Exterior:
Relax and enjoy the 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. The covered barbecue area, equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, gas hob and oven, invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. With parking space for 4-5 vehicles on the plot, comfort is guaranteed.

Just 900 meters from the sandy beach "Playa de la Ampolla", the center of Moraira, supermarkets and the promenade are a short distance away, allowing you to easily explore the local charms.
