There is a terrace from which to enjoy panoramic views over Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea. On the main floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with a bunk bed) and two bathrooms (one en suite with bath and shower, the second one with a shower). The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is bright, comfortable and has an iron fireplace. From this same floor you can access the covered terrace, overlooking the pool, where you can find an outside dining area and nice sofas on which to relax with a drink and the views offered by this villa. Downstairs, the last room with double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. Last but not least the garage has been turned into a games room, with sofas, Tv, Wii console and a ping pong table.

OUTSIDE: The house is built on a 1300m2 plot, fully enclosed and has a garden with various trees, plants and palm trees. To access this, we do so through an automatic gate and straight to the parking area. At a higher level, you find the pool terrace, note that this area has a safety fence that can restrict entry to the little ones. You will find the sunbeds by the pool and a chill out covered deck to enjoy the famous Spanish nap, there is also a barbecue area with an outdoor toilet.
