LAY OUT: This large villa is spread over two floors and connected by both an indoor and outdoor staircase.On the top floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The spacious living dining room is very comfortable and has an iron fireplace. From this living room there is direct access to the pool terrace downstairs. On the ground floor, pool level there are another two bedrooms (one double and one twin), one with en suite bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, from which you can also access the outdoor terrace.

EXTERIOR: This villa has a large plot with a neat and spacious garden with lawn, trees and palms. You have two main furnished outdoor areas where we can rest and relax, one at the same level as the pool, it is covered and has a portable barbecue, great to enjouy meals. Another area on the upper level with exterior kitchen fitted with a hob, fridge and a small dishwasher, plus a comfortable sofa with a large awning and magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. The pool in front of the villa is ideal to cool in the hot summer and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Access the plot through an automatic gate where we find space to park our vehicles.

LOCATION: Located in the popular area ofSan Jaime, a few meters from the supermarket Pepe la Sal and restaurants in the area. At a 5 min car drive from the great coastline, full of clear water coves and sandy beaches.
