Here you can enjoy complete privacy, and plenty of room for everyone. The villa is located on a quiet street in a residential area which also includes private parking. Villa Cascai is located 4km away from the beach, and covers an area of 120m2, whilst everything else you might need, such as local shops restaurants and the like are located between 700m and 5km away. The garden of the villa is beautifully landscaped and includes a lawn and beautiful views over the Mediterranean; also in the garden is a beautiful stone barbecue, who wouldn’t love a feast? At the front of the property you will find the lovely s a l t w a t e r  pool, which is refreshing at any time of the day! The villa is decorated in a very practical and modern style, with light colours, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere. There is a large lounge/dining room and a spacious, fully equipped, kitchen. The villa also consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, from one of the bedroom you have access to the lovely balcony. The surroundings of your villa

Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava, this beautiful and charming coastal town is very well known. Villa Cascai is located near the seaside town, with plenty to do for all ages. The centre has many shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars cafes and nightclubs that will ensure that you are always occupied! You can sit on one of the many terraces and enjoy a chilled, refreshing glass of Spanish San Miguel. Spending some time on the beautiful long sandy beach at Lloret de Mar is an absolute must. Here you can indulge in water sports such as diving, snorkelling or Jet Ski hire. Have you ever tried bungee jumping? Or parasailing? In Lloret de Mar anything is possible! One thing is for certain, you will never forget this exhilarating experience. There is also plenty to do for the children in this summer paradise, not far from the villa you can find many theme and water parks, such as; Water World with its spectacular rapids and slides. Alternatively there is also Marineland, a water park with dolphin and sea lion shows. These are just a small selection of everything that is on offer in this enchanting region.
