This is a beautiful nineteenth-century renovated farmhouse just outside Pollensa. The house is also very private, through wrought-iron gates down a long and winding drive.
The house is just a short drive, or an easy bike-ride, from the historic Old Town of Pollensa - with all its cafés and shops, restaurants and galleries.

The house has been restored and decorated in a combination of traditional Mallorcan farmhouse-style and classic modern furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining room with comfortable leather sofas, a wood-burning open fire, TV, a stereo and DVD, and WiFi.

The kitchen has lots of storage space, another dining table and chairs, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. French doors open out from the kitchen to the upper garden-terrace.

Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom (bed 1,35 x 1,90) and a bathroom with a half-bath and a shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor - a double (bed 1,50 x 2,00) and a twin room ( two beds of 0,90 x 1,90), both with lovely garden views. They share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The gardens have landscaped areas full of plants and different levels of terracing. The lower pool level has great views out over the countryside, right down to the sea. The pool area can also be closed off with a gate from the rest of the gardens, to keep small children safe.
